Divorce Investigation ~ adultery, infidelity, cheating husbands, cheating wives, cheating spouse.

Many people in Vermont find themselves stressed out and their lives falling apart because they fear that their husband, boyfriend, wife, girlfriend, spouse is cheating on them, that he/she is engaged in adultery, infidelity, having an affair, seeing another person(s) being unfaithful, violating their marriage vows.

This is a Domestic situation.

People don't know what to do about it and suffer in silence as their lives and marriages disintegrate. I investigate their fears and find that sometimes they are wrong or maybe they are absolutely correct. Whatever the facts turn out to be, I provide those to the client and they decide what to do about it, but at least they now know what is or is not going on.

Another part of this process is providing evidence that a divorced spouse is in violation of some sort of divorce agreement and is still collecting alimony or child support when it should have stopped. For example, a wife is collecting alimony despite the fact that she is violating a divorce agreement that states, if she is remarried or cohabiting with another, the alimony stops. This is very common. I do this through surveillance, investigation, record gathering, photography and use my investigative skills to help my client.

As this is a 'civil' problem, Law Enforcement cannot help. It takes a Private Investigator / Detective
